Exchange and Refund Policy
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered products are non-refundable. We only accept exchanges if the product does not match your order.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Indicate your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Return the product in its original packaging to the following address:

4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send you a replacement product.
In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the seller is required to repair or replace the purchased product if it is not compliant. Only if the seller is unable to replace the product may the customer demand a refund for their purchase.
Shipping and insurance costs associated with returning and returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer.
